My wedding at 255 Milledge was everything I dreamed of and more!! Kim and her team are wonderful to work with and will always take care of you!! From the front of the house to the back of the gardens every detail is meaningful and absolutely beautiful! I can not thank Kim and the entire 255 staff enough for making my dream wedding come true!! You seriously can not go wrong with this venue!

As the father of the bride, I would simply say that I had a very vested interest in my daughter’s wedding at 255 Milledge - Hardeman-Sams Estate. This wedding was a significant investment from my perspective and I had to go into it with a certain degree of hope and trust. Weddings are not my area of expertise, but I knew the guest list and I had incredibly high hopes for a significant life moment for our entire family. There are literally thousands of details that go into making this event be successful at being special. I still don’t think I fully appreciate all the work that was involved not only in the planning, but also all of the details, including the management of the flow of the evening. I can simply say that the wedding, from beginning to end, exceeded all of my expectations. For that, I am truly grateful. Most of the credit goes to Megan Stevens, our Wedding Logistics Director, and Kim Moss, COO and Wedding Coordinator. Their tireless work through the entire event made all those thousands of details come together in a way that made everything so special. I knew after getting engaged that I wanted to tour this venue with high hopes if booking it for our wedding. When we finished our tour, with a prime date in hand, my fiancé (now husband), looked at me and said he couldn’t imagine any place would be better. Even just from the tour with Bonnie and the brief sit down with Kim, we knew that 255 was the best place to book. They were consistently in contact, checking in and answering my questions over the year of planning. I never felt overwhelmed, lost or concerned as I navigated finding vendors (their list of recommendations was super helpful), deciding on flow, and ultimately making decisions to questions I hadn’t even considered. Our wedding weekend was absolutely perfect. We got married on arguably one of the busiest weekends in Athens (G-Day and Twilight) and even with the fraternities having massive parties next door, you’d never know that there was anyone or anywhere on Earth besides our wedding at 255. Kim and Sydney made sure that I never had to lift a finger. If anything went wrong, my husband and I had no idea. Every room is thoughtfully designed and absolutely beautiful, giving you so many stunning options for getting ready and capturing timeless moments throughout the day. The outdoor spaces are just as incredible, with the perfect blend of charm and elegance that photographs so well in every light. What really sets this venue apart is Kim, the owner. She is incredibly organized, attentive, and genuinely cares about every detail of your day. You can feel how much heart she puts into the experience, which makes everything run seamlessly. Kim and the entire 255 team are absolutely incredible! From the moment my husband and I stepped onto the property, we just knew—it was the perfect place for our wedding. During my tour, they were so warm and welcoming, patiently answering every question I had. In the months leading up to the big day, the team checked in regularly to make sure everything was on track, which gave me so much peace of mind. On the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly and felt truly magical. I wholeheartedly believe that the venue and their amazing team played a huge part in that. 255 is hands down my favorite spot in athens now and will always hold a special place in my heart. Every corner of the property is filled with stunning decor and thoughtful details—it's absolutely beautiful from start to finish.
